How Do I Take This Challenge?
- Find pilates and yoga poses or sequences from online or on YouTube
- Do at least 30 minutes of pilates and 30 minutes of yoga every day
- meditate afterwards for 10 minutes

Tips
Warm up before with walking, calisthenics, Dancing, running, just any way you enjoy playingDrink a glass of water before and after your session
Don't push your self too hard during yoga because you could strain a muscle
Don't force yourself to do this. Do it at a time convenient for you and use it as a way to relieve stress and have a calm but hyper energy.
If you don't have a mat just use a blanket, and to make poses less strenuous have a pillow or block
When meditating, set a timer for ten minutes and notice that the time seems to go by faster gradually
Don't stress over not being able to clear your mind, you may need to think about things and this is a good time to do so. But if you want a clear mind focus on your breathing, the sensations in your body, the noises and air around you. Observe your thoughts but don't entertain them
It's way more fun if you have a buddy to do this with you
