How Do I Take This Challenge?

  1. Stop reaching for those sugar filled snacks and start reaching for those body-loving foods like fruits and vegies.
  2. Go for a walk or jog at least once a day (15mins)
  3. Decrease portion sizes (Remember you only need to eat to gain energy, so eat bigger in the morning where you need it and less at night unless you are doing jumping jacks while dreaming)
  4. Start drinking water through a straw, you will find you tend to drink more water that way.
  5. Read the sugar content on all food products (you will be shocked by what you see that you won't want that in your body)
  6. Do not touch that coffee (Seriously)
