  1. Take before picture for your personal motivation. 2. Research 5 types of "glute activation" exercises.Do no less than 4 different types (2-3 reps of 20) Examples: Bird dog,Glute bridge,lying hip abduction...3..Find 5 MAIN Glute exercises.Examples:Bulgarian split squats,High step ups,full squats,wide squats etc...4.Stretch doing 30-60 seconds of Hip flexor sand Piriformis (each leg) 5. On day 30 take a after photo.
