- For 30 days you're not to drink any alcohol
- Avoid situations and environments in which you'd normally drink
- Hang out with other non-drinkers
- Find other ways to relax and unwind (music, exercise, reading etc)
Tips
- Try other non-alcoholic drinks to replace alcoholic ones
- Let others know you're giving up alcohol and ask for their support
- If you have alcohol in the house get rid of it now!
- Know that it gets easier and reward yourself (not with alcohol obviously)
