  2. This includes all fluids but water really is the best option

Tips

  1. Avoid overdoing the caffeine, more than two glasses of coffee is too much
  2. Fruit and vegetables are also full of water
  3. Carry around a large drink bottle with you and slowly sip away
  4. If you're sweating a lot or live in a hot climate you will need more than 8 glasses
