- Each day aim for 2L (1/2 Gallon) of water if you're female, 3L (3/4 Gallon) if you're male.
- This includes all fluids but water really is the best option
- Check In Everyday! Even if you don't complete the challenge
Why should I use this site to take this challenge?
Tips
- Avoid overdoing the caffeine, more than two glasses of coffee is too much
- Fruit and vegetables are also full of water
- Carry around a large drink bottle with you and slowly sip away
- If you're sweating a lot or live in a hot climate you will need more than 8 glasses
