How Do I Take This Challenge?
- Go into your shower stall.
- Turn on your shower to warm.
- Ease the dial all the way to cold.
- Stay in the cold stream for 5 minutes (make sure to have the water cascade your upper back and your front shoulders).
- Bonus if you can stay in for 10 minutes!
