How Do I Take This Challenge?

  1. Go into your shower stall.
  2. Turn on your shower to warm.
  3. Ease the dial all the way to cold.
  4. Stay in the cold stream for 5 minutes (make sure to have the water cascade your upper back and your front shoulders).
  5. Bonus if you can stay in for 10 minutes!
