this challenge takes on the respiratory system and how it grows. measure how long you can hold your breath and soon you will be deep dive swimming.

How Do I Take This Challenge?

  1. Step 1:slowly breathe in and out deeply.
  2. Step 2:get a stop watch and set it.
  3. Step 3:hold your breath for how long you can and the exhale deeply.
  4. Step 4:record the time you first got.
  5. Step 5:do breathing exercises everyday. Breath in deeply and breath out again.
  6. Step 6:after the final, try holding your breath again, and see how much more you held it.
  7. Step 7:record it, you're a fish!
