  1. Each day set aside 30 minutes in a quiet comfortable location
  2. Sit in a comfortable upright position
  3. Close your eyes and focus on your breath, each inhale and exhale.
  4. Notice the sensation in your chest, the sound and the subtle point at which you shift from inhale to exhale.
  5. Each time your mind wonders (and it will very often) return your focus to your breath
  6. Check In Everyday!

  2. Don't judge drifting thoughts, it's fine and common. Just return your focus to your breath

  4. Set a timer on your phone so you don't need to check and focus on your breath
