How Do I Take This Challenge?
- Each day set aside 30 minutes in a quiet comfortable location
- Sit in a comfortable upright position
- Close your eyes and focus on your breath, each inhale and exhale.
- Notice the sensation in your chest, the sound and the subtle point at which you shift from inhale to exhale.
- Each time your mind wonders (and it will very often) return your focus to your breath
- Check In Everyday! Even if you don't complete the challenge
Tips

- This challenge is difficult and takes time to master. Practice makes perfect
- Don't judge drifting thoughts, it's fine and common. Just return your focus to your breath
- Sometimes you'll find a stillness, other times your mind will never slow down. No problems.
- Set a timer on your phone so you don't need to check and focus on your breath
