How Do I Take This Challenge?

- Step 1: Give yourself a time limit for each thing you have to do. For example, if you had to write an essay due next week, tell yourself you will do it sometime this week instead of at the last minute. Reward yourself if you get it done in time.
- Step 2: Reward yourself. If you get a task done without procrastinating, reward yourself with something.
- Step 3: Whenever you have spare time, do what you have to do. Never put it off until the next day.
- Step 4: Take breaks. If you have a lot of work to do, make sure to take fifteen minute breaks every forty-five minutes or so for some R & R.
TipsMake a schedule for your day, and make sure to include work time, breaks, and meals. Also, include which work you want to do at which time of day.
Try not to do your work late at night. Your work will have a lower quality.
