- Each time you feel like using the site sit for a moment and notice how you're feeling.
- If you want full points write down how you're feeling, what you should be doing and most importantly why you don't feel like doing what you should be doing.
- Check In Everyday! Even if you don't complete the challenge

- Avoid the triggers like email updates and notifications
- Turn off push notifications on your phone
- Don't quite if you lapse and use a site
- Get involved and support others here and share your success (but don't turn it into another facebook)
- If you're stressed or run down know you're particularly vulnerable and work to address that problem first
