Demolishing jealousy

When you see some person better than you or achieving more than you,you become jealous. Very often you start to think that you can do everything better than that person or it was very easy task that person did... things like this are normal except they aren't good for your own health,when you become jealous you stress you brain and you can't give your hundred percent in any task due to competetion . This challenge will help you to get out of jealousy and be happy in your own life.

How Do I Take This Challenge?

  1. 1] No matter what when these people come around- go and talk to them and try to understand them and make friends with them instead of trying to point out their flaws. Since usually we are jealous of people we don't know properly
  2. 2] Whenever you start to think that you are worse than them or you can be as good as them just start to think about all the things you have achieved and all the people who love you.DON'T continue to compare.
  3. 3]If they are mean to you ,state clearly that you have no hard intentions and that you would like to be friends.That is find a way to be friends so you have no hard feelings for them
  4. 4]If they are not relevant enough to be your friends then just try and focus on their bright side[This works if they are not jerks].If they are your friends but you are holding a grudge. sought it out.FAST.
  5. 5]After you know them properly just make a list of all who are jealous of them,probably u'd be amazed.Then think of all you know about them and for once think that because of the tiniest good they have in themselves they deserve atleast one less hater/jealous person and try to laugh your intentions off.
