How Do I Take This Challenge?

  1. Pick a time you can allocate 1 at least hour of study each night
  2. Before you begin get in the right frame of mind and stay positive. No matter how bad it is you'll be better prepared with study. Remind your self why education is important to you
  3. Pick the right environment it should be quite and away from the computer, smartphone and other distractions
  4. If possible your study environment should relfect the testing environment. Research shows this will greatly benefit exam performance
  5. Keep your own notes, people connect concepts and store memories in very different ways.
  6. Practice exam conditions regularly
  7. Learn and use memory techniques
  8. Get up and move every 30 minutes. It will prevent brainfog, tiredness and improve focus
  9. Study with friends occasionally and discuss the concepts you're learning, it will improve memory retention
  10. Get enough sleep as it greatly aids memory retention
