The old saying is it takes 3 weeks to break a bad habit- does it work the other way too? Form the good habit of self appreciation, or better known as self-care.
How Do I Take This Challenge?
Tell yourself one thing you have accomplished every day for 3 weeks.
Think of something you wouldn't normally do that you made the extra effort to do today. Did you bite your tongue with an obnoxious coworker? Did you give yourself a five minute break at least once an hour? Did you take your eyes off of the screen for 20 seconds every 20 minutes? Did you substitute a lean meat for a fatty meat?
